Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao shakes hands with Dominican Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit Sunday evening.
Wen said the Olympic Games is a grand gathering of the international community, and every country is a member of the big community and should be equally treated no matter it is big or small, rich or poor, strong or weak.

Wen said the bilateral relations between China and Dominica have developed smoothly since the establishment of diplomatic ties four years ago.

China values the relations with Caribbean countries including Dominica, and is willing to strengthen the friendship and cooperation with them on the basis of mutual respect, equality and reciprocity, Wen said.

Skerrit congratulated China on hosting a very successful Olympic Games, and thanked China for its support to Dominica's economic and social development.
